Neil Matthews has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative industry. Neil is currently working as an Associate Creative Director at TMW Unlimited since June 2021. Before that, they worked as a Freelance ACD/Senior Art Director/Creative at Elmsleigh Creative Ltd from January 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, they had freelance roles as a Senior Creative/Creative Director at Havas Helia from July 2019 to January 2020, as a Creative Director at Collective London from June 2018 to July 2019, and as a Freelance Senior Art Director at iris Worldwide from April 2015 to September 2015. Neil also worked as a Creative Head at Hey Human from March 2014 to April 2015, as a Creative Head at Billington Cartmell from April 2012 to April 2015, as a Senior Art Director at Saatchi and Saatchi x from November 2010 to April 2012, and as a Senior Creative at iris London from February 2006 to November 2010.

Neil Matthews attended the University of Gloucestershire from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional studies.
