Danielle Covington has extensive experience in customer service and data management, currently serving as a Customer Service Associate at TMP Directional Marketing since July 2005. In this role, Danielle monitors and manages daily work tasks, including order placement deadlines and resolving discrepancies through correspondence with publishers. Prior to this, Danielle worked at GES Communications INC. from October 2001 to April 2004 as a Data Entry/Proof Reader/Floater, where responsibilities included maintaining customer databases and assisting with proofreading. Earlier experience includes a position at Firstar Bank/US Bank from June 2000 to July 2001 as a Senior Processor/Report Distribution, handling report generation and distribution within the organization.
