James Mack is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with extensive experience in investments, office, and industrial representation. Currently serving at Mountain West Commercial Real Estate since December 2020, James represents companies in leasing, subleasing, and purchasing office and industrial properties while also facilitating transactions for buyers and sellers of investment properties. As the owner of 4th Wall Real Estate since October 2013, James focuses on raising capital and acquiring discounted value-add and development projects aimed at long-term capital appreciation. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Colliers International and Senior Investment Analyst at Bridge Investment Group Partners, among others. In addition to a successful real estate career, James is also a professional actor and held the position of Artistic Director for the Theatre Department at Pioneer High School for Performing Arts. James holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Dance Theater from Brigham Young University.
