Irma Flores is the current Property Manager at TMG Partners. Irma has over 15 years of experience inProperty Administration, including positions at The Swig Company, Cushman & Wakefield, and Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation. Irma began their career in 1985 at Kaiser Center, Inc., where they held various admin and accounting positions over the next 15 years. In 2000, they became the Property Administrator for Kaiser Aluminum's Discontinued Operations (DCO), a position they held until 2003. Irma then spent two years at Cushman & Wakefield before joining The Swig Company in 2005 as their Operations Assistant. In 2009, they were promoted to Assistant Property Manager, a position they held until 2011. Irma joined TMG Partners in May of 2011 and has been their Property Manager ever since.

Irma Flores reports to Zoa Town, VP, Property & Asset Management. They are on a team with Jeanine Valdez - General Manager, Jane Kadash - Property Assistant, and Emily Sussman - Property Assistant.
