Monica Geismar is an experienced professional in HR and payroll management, currently serving as the Market Practice Lead HRP at TMF Group since July 2017. Prior roles at TMF Group include Manager Client Services and HR and Payroll Manager in Corporate Services. Before joining TMF Group, Monica Geismar co-owned and served as Managing Director at Payroll Services AG from 2003 to July 2017, and operated as the Owner of m + s Accounting GmbH from 2000 to 2011. Monica Geismar began their career in various accounting roles from 1988 to 2000, following a position as Head of Software Support & Implementation at Sponagel EDV AG from 1984 to 1988, and an Internal Auditor Assistant role at Bank of America (Zurich Branch) from 1983 to 1984.
