Katarzyna Flis is an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in global client coordination within the payroll sector. Currently serving as a Senior Global Payroll Specialist at TMF Group since July 2016, Katarzyna has effectively managed payroll processes for significant global clients across multiple countries, ensuring data verification, consolidation, and validation at local levels. Previous roles at TMF Group include Global Payroll Coordinator and Global Client Senior Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed contract management and client relations. Additionally, Katarzyna has experience in various administrative roles at companies such as Samsung Poland R&D Center and Mayoral Polska, as well as foundational experience with the United Nations Global Compact. Katarzyna holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Warsaw and also studied at the University of Valencia under an Erasmus Scholarship.
