Gabriella Bohm is an experienced Talent Acquisition and Learning Lead for the Nordics at TMF Group since January 2022, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, in addition to managing a local Business Academy learning program. Previously, Gabriella held roles as Cross Segment Recruiter at Willis Towers Watson and as a Resourcing Team Manager at Harrods, where responsibilities included recruiting for various retail divisions and leading a team. Gabriella began their career as an Associate Consultant at Four Seasons Recruitment and has also worked as an Au Pair and Project Manager. Educational background includes the Harrods Management Program and a degree in Economics from Värmdö Gymnasium.
