Nickola Naous has a long history of working in the technology field. Nickola began their professional journey in 2005 as a Technical Support Engineer at SiteGround Web Hosting Company, where they were responsible for taking care of customers via tickets, troubleshooting open source scripts issues, and assisting sales/billing reps. Nickola then moved up to become a Linux System Administrator and Technical Support Manager at the same company. In 2007, they became the Managing Partner & CTO of Hosting Solutions LTD, a privately-owned hosting & technology solutions company. In 2013, they took on the role of Chairman of the Executive Board at Клуб на привержениците на Ботев Пловдив and also became a University Lecturer at Plovdiv University "Paisiy Hilendarski", where they tutored the "Foundations of web hosting - parts I, II and III" course. In 2014, they became the Editor in Chief at IoTMonkey.com, and in 2016 they took on the role of Cloud Architect & Technical Lead at TMDHosting, leading a global team that envisions, architects, deploys and operates a handful of private cloud environments, distributed storage systems, and other converged services. Nickola Naous' infrastructure footprint spans all across the globe with IT facilities at various key locations, including Orlando, Chicago, London, Amsterdam, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney.
Nickola Naous graduated from the SOOU "Dimitar Matevski" in 2005 with a High School Diploma in Mathematics & Informatics.
