Klaas Vlieghe has extensive experience in project engineering and management within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Hoofd Werkvoorbereiding Kanaalzonetunnels at TM ROCO since September 2022, Klaas previously held the role of Project Engineer at DEME Group since January 2016, with a focus on collaborations with CFE infra and SASSEVAART on water treatment and infrastructure projects. Prior to that, Klaas worked as Tender Manager/Design Coordinator at MBG, participating in significant tenders and management tasks. Complementing this career, Klaas gained early experience in various engineering roles, including project engineer for high-speed rail projects and bridge constructions. Education was completed at Ghent University between 1993 and 1998.
