Dick Elsman is a highly experienced BIM professional, currently serving as BIM Manager, BIM Automation Coordinator, and BIM Coordinator at Infranea, part of Sweco, since September 2018. In addition, Dick has been a BIM Expert at TM ROCO since June 2019, specializing in infrastructure design using software such as Revit, Dynamo, and Civil3D. Prior roles include Consultant at Elsman International Consultants B.V. and Assistant Advisor at Diamond FMS, where financial advice and reporting were key responsibilities. Dick also gained valuable experience during an internship at Arcadis and held various roles related to project design and management in the infrastructure sector. Dick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
