Peirce Sullivan has a solid background in investment banking and finance. Peirce started their career as an Investment Banking Associate Intern at Tully & Holland, Inc. in 2016. Peirce then joined Progress Partners as an Investment Banking Associate in 2017, where they worked until 2020. During their time at Progress Partners, Peirce gained experience in investment banking.
In 2020, Peirce joined TM Capital Corp. as an Associate, before being promoted to Vice President in January 2022. At TM Capital Corp., Peirce is involved in various roles and responsibilities related to investment banking.
Prior to their work at Progress Partners and TM Capital Corp., Peirce held the position of Associate at The Greenwich Group International. During their time there, they played a key role in the creation of Greenwich Green Holdings, focusing on green transactions and project development. Peirce was responsible for identifying and evaluating potential customers and projects, as well as developing financial models and presentations for potential investments in the real estate market.

Peirce Sullivan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from the University of Notre Dame from 2007-2011. Later, from 2015-2017, Peirce completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in MBA - Corporate Finance from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
