Francis W. Mullan, PE, CME, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple firms. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at T&M Associates since April 2010, Francis previously held the position of Principal Vice President at CMX from 2001 to April 2010. Prior experience includes Corporate Vice President and Director of Engineering at Bay Pointe Engineering Associates, Inc. from 1987 to 2001, and a role as Design Engineer at both Nelson-Kenderian Associates, Inc. and Birdsall Engineering Associates, Inc. from 1984 to 1987. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, attained from 1980 to 1984.
