Kathy Brown is an experienced customer experience consultant and sales representative with a diverse background in sales, training, and marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Consultant at Brown and Baer since January 2020, Kathy also contributes to TLink Golf as a Sales Representative since September 2015, focusing on innovative, lightweight golf GPS technology. Previous roles include Independent Facilitator at The Freeman Company and Master Connection Associates, where Kathy facilitated training programs for sales teams and consulted for a variety of industries. From 1988 to 2001, Kathy owned Achievers International, specializing in sales and customer service training. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, managing sales, revenue management, public relations, and advertising.
