Melissa Weese is an experienced Project Manager at TLCD Architecture, specializing in healthcare projects since April 2019. Prior to this role, Melissa served as Senior Associate and Studio Director at Gensler, leading the design of notable commercial office buildings, including the 350,000 SF 1700M Street in Washington DC. At Woods Bagot, Melissa focused on the renovation of a mid-century modern office building in Honolulu and worked on retail projects across North America and Asia. Melissa's background also includes teaching design courses at institutions such as California College of the Arts and the University of Maryland, where participation in committees and organization of study abroad programs were key responsibilities. Melissa's extensive architectural experience is complemented by a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master of Architecture II from Syracuse University.
