Candy H. has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and eCommerce sectors. Currently serving as an executive partner at TLC since October 2019, Candy previously held the position of Lead Digital & Agile Transformation at ȋᇠfrom August 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included driving Agile, DevOps, and Cloud transformation within the Global Foreign Exchange department. Prior to that, Candy was a Senior eCommerce Manager at A.S. Watson Group, leading the establishment of a business unit in China and managing a team of over 30 IT professionals with an annual budget of 50 million. Candy holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from the University of Sydney, earned between 2010 and 2012.
