Gertjan Sleeking started their career at Deloitte in 1991 as a Senior Manager, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they transitioned to TKH Group N.V. as the Director of Finance & Control, where they held a leadership role.

Gertjan Sleeking attended Nyenrode Business University from 1991 to 1998, where they obtained a Drs RA degree in Accountancy.
