Patrick J. Quilter Jr. has an extensive work experience in the field of software development and automation testing. Patrick J. is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Deploy360 since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at FogChain, Inc. from September 2018 to July 2020. Armed with a BS in Computer Science and a MS in Technology Management, Patrick spent over 10 years in IT for the insurance industry before shifting their focus to Quilmont Solutions, Inc.

At Quilmont Solutions, where they served as the CEO from December 2006 to September 2018, Patrick led a team of IT professionals and developed software solutions for various business needs. Patrick J. has over 17 years of experience in software development life cycle and test automation architecture. Patrick has expertise in mobile, web, and desktop application test automation architecture, Android mobile application development, ASP.Net, and Microsoft Access.

Throughout their career, Patrick has been actively involved in mentoring colleagues in automated testing and has also been a conference speaker and presenter on the subject. Patrick J. has been recognized as an inventor of a patented test automation software and has contributed to the Automated Testing Institute (ATI) Magazine. Patrick has also served as a member of the Test Automation Body of Knowledge (TABOK) technical advisory board.

Before joining Quilmont Solutions, Patrick worked as a Sr. QA/Test Lead Architect at GEICO from May 2007 to September 2012. Patrick J. played a key role in establishing the division's Quality Assurance group, defining SDLC processes, and maximizing the company's use of automated testing tools. Patrick also worked as a Sr. QA/Test Lead Architect at Computer Sciences Corporation from January 2005 to May 2007 and as a Consultant at ALP International Corporation from February 2005 to February 2006.

Patrick started their career at Travelers, where they worked as a Systems Specialist, Application Developer, and Automation Architect from January 2001 to January 2005.

Patrick J. Quilter Jr. has a solid education background in the field of technology and security. Patrick J. obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Homeland Security Technology Management from the same university, graduating in 2011.

Before their time at the University of Maryland Global Campus, Quilter Jr. attended Central Connecticut State University from 1997 to 2002. Patrick J. earned a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree, with a focus on Computer Science, Mathematics, and Science.

In addition to their formal education, Quilter Jr. has obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. Patrick J. holds certifications such as Certified Tester, Foundation Level Acceptance Testing, Certified Tester, Foundation Level, and Certified Tester, Foundation Level Mobile Application Tester, all from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page. These certifications were obtained in 2021. Additionally, Quilter Jr. holds CompTIA Security+ ce Certifications from CompTIA, earned in 2022.
