Brad McGuire possesses extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Vice President of Quality and Continuous Improvement at TK Elevator since June 2024. Prior roles include Director of Quality at Lennox International and Production Project Manager at Delta Flight Products, where significant achievements include ISO9001:2015 certification and substantial reductions in manufacturing warranty costs. McGuire has consistently utilized Business Intelligence dashboards for KPI tracking and has fostered a quality-focused culture within organizations. With a strong background at Lockheed Martin, McGuire led teams that implemented process improvements resulting in notable reductions in defects and enhanced operational efficiency. Brad McGuire holds a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Quality Assurance from Kennesaw State University.
