Kelsey Stevens is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at The TJX Companies, Inc. since October 2022, Kelsey focuses on supporting the marketing teams in attracting top talent. Previous roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at LinkSquares and Talent Acquisition Partner at Simply Business, where Kelsey managed full-cycle recruitment and built out the Customer Solutions Center. Kelsey began the career as a Recruiting Coordinator and progressed through various positions at Akamai Technologies and Genzyme, demonstrating a strong ability to operate in fast-paced environments while managing candidate sourcing, scheduling, and onboarding initiatives. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Bryant University.
