Kathy Doherty is an accomplished executive in the retail industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Merchandising at TJX since January 2010. Prior to this role, Kathy held the position of Senior Vice President of Merchandising at the same company. Kathy Doherty earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from UMass Boston, where studies were completed from 1978 to 1982.
