Herman Hermansyah is an experienced software engineer currently employed at TJIP B.V. since August 2001, specializing in the development and maintenance of web applications for banks and insurance companies, as well as automatic test software for these applications. Prior to this, Herman served as an Assistant Researcher at Delft University of Technology from January 2000 to July 2001, focusing on flight simulation models and stability identification techniques. With a progressive career at Indonesian Aerospace (PT. Dirgantara Indonesia) from June 1991 to December 2000, roles ranged from Flight Simulation Engineer to Program Manager, overseeing notable projects such as the N250 Engineering Flight Simulator. Additional experience includes part-time lecturing in Aircraft Systems at Institut Teknologi Bandung and working as a Simulator Data Engineer at Fokker Aircraft B.V. Earlier educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
