Arsheya Afran is a Software Test Engineer at TJIP The Platform Engineers since April 2021, previously having served as a Test Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from May 2016 to October 2019. During tenure at Tata Consultancy Services, Arsheya collaborated with onsite teams to gather business requirements, troubleshoot UAT production issues, and coordinate problem resolution with development and QA teams. Arsheya's experience includes working in Agile environments, executing SQL queries for database testing, defect tracking, and managing test activities using JIRA. Arsheya's foundational knowledge in QA was developed as a Test Engineer Trainee, where training covered both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Arsheya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Telecommunications Engineering from SRM IST Chennai, earned between 2012 and 2016.
