Marvin Ramirez has worked in various roles since 2012. Marvin began their career at Macy's as a Receiver in 2012, where they developed organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. In 2013, they joined DeVry University as a Technical Support Specialist, where they managed the Help Desk operations and inventory system daily, as well as trained, scheduled, and mentored Help Desk student workers. In 2017, Marvin began working at Telesis, first as a Tier I Jr Service Desk Technician, and then as a Sr. Service Desk Lead. In 2020, they joined Belcan as a Service Desk Lead, where they trained new agents, reported to their supervisor, created Knowledge base articles, and performed incident management responsibilities. Currently, Marvin is working at TJFACT LLC - Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques as a Tier III . Banknet Service Desk Lead.

Marvin Ramirez completed their high school diploma at Northwestern High School from 2007 to 2011. Marvin then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Network & Communications Management from DeVry University from 2011 to 2014.
