Joe Archer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple sectors. Joe began their career in 2001 as a Correction Officer at Willard Cybulski CI/Cheshire CI and served in this role until 2013. In 2013, they joined State of Conn as a Correctional Lieutenant and held this position until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Joe worked at the Maloney Center for Training and Staff Dev as a Lieutenant. Joe then joined MortgageRight in 2022 as a Business Development Manager. It is worth noting that Joe retired from the State of Ct in 2021 after serving there for twenty years.

Joe Archer earned a Diploma in Pre college from Catholic Memorial from 1989 to 1993. Joe subsequently attended Bridgewater State College from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in physical education.
