Natasha Deckmann, MD, serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at Tivity Health, focusing on innovative health solutions for older adults. With extensive experience in leadership positions, Natasha Deckmann has held roles such as Director at Option Care Health and Two Chairs, as well as Executive Partner with Health Enterprise Partners. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Clinical Officer at SecureSeniorConnections and Chief Executive Officer at CarePoint Health System. Natasha Deckmann is actively involved as a member of the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation and has been an independent director for multiple organizations, including Senior Connect Acquisition Corp I and AARP Services, Inc. Natasha Deckmann holds an MD from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a BS in Economics from the University of Michigan.
