Elsa Gashi has a varied work experience, starting in 2017 as a Library Assistant at RIT Kosovo (A.U.K). In 2019, they moved to Sonnecto as a Customer Service Representative. Elsa then joined Tive Inc in 2020, where they have held roles as an Associate Account Manager and Customer Success.

Elsa Gashi attended American Education in Kosovo from 2017 to 2018, where they completed their undergraduate degree.
