Katie Harrell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Strategic Partnership Manager at Pepsi MidAmerica. Following this, from 2014 to 2017, they held positions at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, including Admission Coordinator and Account Tech. In 2017, they joined HireLevel. as a National Recruitment Manager, where they remained until 2021. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Titus Talent Strategies, an INC 5000 Company, a role they have held since July 2022.

Katie Harrell received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Search Consultant from the American Staffing Association in April 2021.
