Kim Metzgar has extensive experience in the title and closing industry, holding various positions from 1990 to the present. Currently serving as an Executive Closer at TitleSmart, Inc. since January 2017, Kim has previously held similar roles at Partners Title North Suburban, Realstar Title, Network Title Inc., and Ancona Title. Additional experience includes working as a Closer at True Title and as an HR Executive/Loan Closing at Private Bank Minnesota. Kim began the career in customer service at Lake Area Bank.
