Steve Holquin is a seasoned Title Officer with extensive experience in the title insurance industry, having held various positions since 1998. Currently employed at Title Alliance, Ltd. since September 2022, Steve has also worked at Equity Title of Nevada, ROC Title, Clear Title Company, WFG National Title Insurance Company, Driggs Title Agency, Westminster Title Agency, National Title Company, and Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation. Steve began the career as a Title Searcher at First American Title before advancing to the role of Title Officer, demonstrating a commitment to the field over more than two decades. Steve’s educational background includes graduating from Baldwin Park High School in 1979.
