Melisa Astrida Adjani started their work experience in 2015 as an intern at Yayasan Kanisius Cabang Yogyakarta, where they managed and organized employee data and reconciled financial reports. Melisa Astrida then worked as an Accounting Bookkeeper at Beehive Drones in 2020, where they were responsible for creating accounting journals and ensuring balance. Later in 2020, they interned as a Finance Accounting Intern at Hartono Mall Yogyakarta, where they filled invoices, entered data from bank statements, and reconciled account balances. In 2021, they worked as a Freelance Accountant at PT. Kudamas Perkasa, where they conducted stock take, reconciled inventory, and performed other accounting tasks. Currently, they are working at Titipku as an Accountant, responsible for creating accounting journals and financial statements for the company.

Melisa Astrida Adjani pursued their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from 2016 to 2021 at Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they attended SMK Marsudi Luhur 1 Jogjakarta where they studied Akuntansi dan Bisnis. In addition to their formal education, Melisa obtained the certification of Brevet Pajak A&B from Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis - Universitas Gadjah Mada in June 2020.
