Michał Gralak has worked as a Creative Director at Titanite Games since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Designer for Zgrozy - Call of Cthulhu Supplements starting in May 2019. Michał also gained experience as a Legal Intern at CD PROJEKT RED from February 2019 to June 2019, where they conducted legal and business risk assessments, trademark analysis, and responded to requests for licenses.

Michał Gralak pursued their education at the University of Lodz from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Master's degree in Law.
