John Hathaway has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. John started their career as a Software Engineer at Raytheon Company in 1984 and later worked as a Senior Software Developer at GTE Government Systems. In 1992, they became a Technical Director at Mystech Associates where they worked until 1999. Following that, they served as Technical Director at Mirronex Inc. until 2001. John then held the position of Senior Consultant at Bristol Myers Squibb before moving to Johnson & Johnson in the same role. From 2006 to 2015, they worked as an IT Manager - Software Architect at Dow Jones. After that, they worked as an Enterprise Platform Architect at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and then as an Enterprise Architect at Morgan Stanley. Currently, they are the VP of Advanced Technology at Titania Solutions Group, Inc., where they are responsible for the technical direction and serves as the Architecture and DevSecOps Lead.

John Hathaway attended Siena College from 1980 to 1984. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
