Marlys (Marcie) May is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as the Deputy Operations Manager and Program Manager at Titan Technologies since August 2022, Marcie oversees multiple programs and clients, focusing on program and service management, employee supervision, and customer relations across a diverse workforce of over 300 IT professionals in various locations. Previous roles include Vice President and Director of Service Delivery at Atlantic Digital, Enterprise Operations Manager at L-3 STRATIS, and key positions in the United States Air Force including Operations Flight Commander and Network Operations Branch Chief. Marcie holds a MA in Management and Information Systems from Webster University and a BS in Mathematics from Troy University, complemented by a professional education program in Cloud and DevOps from MIT.
