Rebecca Ricaplaza possesses extensive experience in global payments operations and customer service. Currently serving as Team Lead for Global Payments Operations at Upwork since November 2014 and as a Customer Service Executive at Titan Power Plus since June 2020, Rebecca also co-founded Clever in July 2019. Prior roles include Senior Global Payments Analyst and Senior Customer Ambassador at Upwork, as well as Virtual Assistant at MyOutDesk, Inc. and Workforce Management Lead at First Advantage, where responsibilities included scheduling, workforce analysis, and performance reporting. Rebecca began their career at PRC, LLC as a Global Command Center Analyst and held positions at Convergys and Sykes Enterprises. An alumnus of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
