Alicja Smolewska is an experienced telecommunications professional with a robust background in network implementation and support. Currently serving as a Tier 3 Senior Support Engineer at Titan.ium Platform, LLC since January 2023, Alicja previously held the same title at NetNumber from June 2020 to January 2023. Prior to this, Alicja worked at T-Mobile Polska as a Voice Core Network Chief Specialist, managing new network element implementations and international projects. Alicja's earlier roles at Polkomtel Sp. z o. o. included various engineering positions focusing on core services configuration, project coordination, and network integration, contributing to VoLTE projects and SIP implementations. Alicja holds a Master of Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Uniwersytet Technologiczno-Przyrodniczy im. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich w Bydgoszczy, earned between 1992 and 1996.
