About the Job:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. The position will work closely with cross functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Business Process, Specialty Product Experts, and Regional Leadership to align marketing support, strategies and activities with overall business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Run the day-to-day operation of the marketing team.

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and identify professional development opportunities for team members.

  • Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and partners involved in marketing activities.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Implement and execute strategic marketing tactics as directed by the Director of Marketing.

  • Collaborate closely with internal cross functional teams to understand markets and target audiences for successful implementation of strategies.

  • Evaluate and identify new and traditional marketing channels to effectively engage target audiences.

  • Lead the development and execution of digital campaigns based on data driven results.

  • Oversee the development of content across multiple channels (email, social, print, etc.) aimed at meeting various objectives

  • Lead the creation of literature and other sales support materials working closely with team members.

  • Set the creative and messaging direction for all public facing marketing materials and assets,

  • Oversee overall company branding, ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines.

  • Oversee successful roll out of marketing related events (in-person and virtual) aimed at supporting revenue generation and brand reach.

  • Support the regional marketing efforts by providing strategic guidance and tactical support to achieve promotional goals.

  • Meet regional market needs and capitalize on local opportunities.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and management.

  • Continuously innovate and propose new ideas and improvements to enhance team performance and marketing effectiveness.

  • Track KPIs for various marketing initiatives and record results for monthly and quarterly reporting.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Assist in the development of annual marketing budget in parallel with marketing plans.
  • Monitor and manage marketing spend, internal resources, and external resources to ensure efficiency.
  • Negotiate third party vendor contracts and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in marketing roles, or other professional experience performing similar work with an emphasis on writing, message development, creative design, branding, project management and strategic thinking.
  • 2 or more years in a leadership position demonstrating mastery of the listed responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing and PPC advertising.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with design and content development.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation systems.
  • Experience using Canva or similar design, photo editing and video production tools.
  • Experience using WordPress or similar CMS system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Proficient in various social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, IG, FB)

Other Information:

  • This is a full-time position, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. which can be flexible. This position has the potential to be hybrid for the right candidate.
