Shobhit Baadkar has a long and varied work history. In 2010, they became the Chief Executive Officer / Managing Principal of TITAN AEC, a technology consulting services organization serving the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction market segments. Shobhit also became Managing Partner of Nexus AEC, LLC in the same year. In 2008, they became Professor - Architecture at Cerritos College, where they created an academic program for Building Information Modeling for their Architecture Department. Shobhit also worked as Solutions Executive at Microdesk, where they brokered the sale of CVIS's Commercial and Government business and negotiated contracts and salaries for twenty (20) people. In 1996, they began working at Central Visual Information Systems, Inc. as Senior Director, Applications Engineer, and Web Developer. Shobhit was responsible for the creation of the Southern & Northern California offices of CVIS, corporate strategy, and thought leadership. Shobhit also worked as Systems Administrator at UC Irvine, where they worked for a think tank that consisted of the brightest minds on campus.

Shobhit Baadkar's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Irvine, obtained from 1996 to 2002. Shobhit has also obtained various certifications from Procore Technologies, Autodesk, Bluebeam, Inc., and GRAPHISOFT, including Procore Certified: BIM Manager (Procore BIM) in September 2021, Procore Certified: Architect and Procore Certified: Engineer in July 2020, Autodesk Certified Instructor in February 2019, Certified Instructor and Certified User from Bluebeam, Inc. in November 2017, Implementation Certified Expert - GIS from Autodesk in May 2006, and Registered Consultant - ArchiCAD from GRAPHISOFT.
