Prior roles include Associate General Manager HR at Jindal Stainless, Zonal HR Head at Flipkart, and Senior Human Resources Manager at Hindalco Industries Limited. Achintya's career began as Manager HR & IR at McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited and has included key HR leadership roles at Regal Beloit De Apodaca and Schenck Process. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya.
