Sarah Serrano has extensive work experience in quality operations and assurance. Sarah began their career in 2004 as a Sr. Director of Quality Assurance at Azopharma Contract Pharmaceutical Services. Sarah then served as the Senior Director of Corporate Quality at PL Developments from 2010 to 2019. Following that, they worked as the Director of Quality at Pure Source from 2019 to 2019, and later at Unipharma LLC from 2019 to 2021, where they held the role of Director of Quality and Director of Quality Assurance. After that, they joined New Vision Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Quality from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, they were a Principal Consultant at SMSerrano, LLC. from 2022 to 2023. Sarah is currently the Director of Quality Operations at BioTissue since 2023.

Sarah Serrano obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico. No further information is available regarding specific years or field of study.
