Anouska Naran is a seasoned professional in Human Capital Management with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at Tishman Speyer since July 2016, Anouska previously held positions as Senior Director, Head of EU Human Capital Management and as People and Process Excellence Director at both XL Catlin and Catlin. Anouska also contributed to IBM Global Business Services as an Associate Partner for over a decade, after starting a career as a Senior Consultant at PwC and DACG, as well as a Journalist and Audio Editor at the World Entertainment News Network. Anouska holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Strategy and Innovation from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a BSc Hons. in Biological and Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Exeter.
