Sintu Bh. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade in various IT roles. They recently served as the Head of IT Infrastructure Foundation at TISCO Financial Group, where they were responsible for multi-cloud platforms, client and security solutions, automation, and operational improvements. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Infrastructure and Security at Central Tech and as the Head of Digital Channel at TISCO Bank PLC. During their tenure at TISCO Financial Group, they held multiple roles, including Senior Technology Manager-Infrastructure, Senior Solution Engineer-Infrastructure, and IT Architect-Infrastructure. Additionally, they have also worked at TrueMove Company Limited, GE Elano Asia Limited, Hutchison CAT Wireless Multimedia Limited, Continental Communication Company Limited, Kane Software Company Limited, and Kane Microsystem Partnership Limited, contributing to various IT projects, system implementations, and support.

Sintu Bh. obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology Science from Rangsit University during the years 2007-2010. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Executive from Burapha University between 2002 and 2004. Their undergraduate education was a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Management from Saint John's University, which took place from 1998 to 2002.
