Alessandra Tsuchiya currently serves as Monitor de Controle de Qualidade at Tirolez since May 2023. Prior roles include serving as Responsável técnica at Laticínios Minas Cambuí from May 2022 to April 2023 and at Laticínios Santa Edwirges from May 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the reception and processing of milk with an emphasis on food quality and safety, along with conducting physical-chemical analyses of raw materials and microbiological tests of finished products such as cheeses and butters. Earlier experience at GPA spanned from August 2008 to November 2013, where Alessandra held various positions, including Técnico de controle de qualidade, Assistente de controle de qualidade, and Estagiária. Alessandra Tsuchiya holds a degree from Universidade Santo Amaro - Unisa.
