Sammie F. Joseph III has a diverse work experience history, starting in 2007 with their role as Managing Partner at Joseph Companies, a real estate investment, development, and construction company. Sammie F. co-founded Tirios in 2022 and currently serves as the Co-Founder & Head of Capital Markets. Prior to that, they worked at American Bank of Commerce as Vice President of Commercial Lending from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they held the same position at Independent Bank Group, Inc. from 2011 to 2016. Sammie F.'searly career began in 2007 at Horizon Bank, where they first served as a Senior Credit Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Commercial Lender until 2011.

Sammie F. Joseph III began their education at The University of Texas at Austin in 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics in 2004. Sammie F. then pursued further education at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, starting in 2007. Sammie F. completed their studies there in 2009 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics.
