Tafyna Fletcher, JM, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Organizational & HR Compliance Manager and Regional HR Business Partner at TireHub, having joined the company in October 2021. With extensive experience in human resources, Tafyna previously held positions as Regional Human Resources Manager at Saddle Creek Logistics Services and as Regional HR Manager at Concessions International, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, safety, and training across multiple states. Additional experience includes a role as a Human Resources Recruiter at The Home Depot and HR Recruiter/Client Data Analysis Manager at Habersham Funding LLC. Tafyna holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Brenau University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management.
