Paloma Perez is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Tiree since September 2018, Paloma leads the Parliament Hill's Centre Block Rehabilitation project in Ottawa. Previously, Paloma held various roles at Dragados Canada, Inc. from June 2011 to September 2018, including Senior Construction Project Manager and Design Project Manager for the Ottawa Light Rail Train project, along with Project Manager for a building complex for the A30 Highway in Montreal. Earlier experience includes project and technical management roles at Dragados SA from December 2001 to June 2011, with notable projects such as Gibraltar’s Airport New Terminal and the El Corte Ingles retail store in Barcelona. Paloma holds a Master of Architecture degree from the Seville Architecture Technical Institute, obtained between 1991 and 1997.
