Ghadeer Alharbi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fraud prevention and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Fraud Officer at Tiqmo since February 2023, Ghadeer previously worked at Riyad Bank from May 2015 to March 2023, holding positions as a Card Fraud Control Specialist and a Customer Services Specialist. In the latter role, Ghadeer supervised customer service operations, managed account openings, and facilitated product sales, while also stepping in for the branch manager and operations head during their absences.
