Siew Kwok is a legal professional with a strong background in compliance and corporate law. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Tiptree Inc. since December 2014, Siew has been instrumental in guiding legal strategies and compliance frameworks. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2012 to December 2014, as well as an internship at the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York in 2010. Siew holds a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School (2012) and a Bachelor's degree from Fordham University (2009).
