Suzanne Royer is a seasoned instructional designer and project manager currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer and Deputy Project Manager at Tipping Point Solutions Inc. since December 2021, where Suzanne oversees a team of 10 employees and manages multiple projects for the DOT FMCSA National Training Center. Previously, Suzanne held various roles, including Senior Instructional Designer at L3 Technologies from 2005 to 2017, where Suzanne developed award-winning training products for iRobot and led a team in creating comprehensive training materials. Additionally, Suzanne gained experience at The Centech Group, Pharmaceutical Education and Research Institute, GP Strategies Corporation, Reilly Mortgage Group, and Bell Atlantic, contributing to a diverse range of training programs and digital products. Suzanne holds a Master of Science in Interaction Design and Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
