Leslie Eme currently serves as the Capacity Building Manager at Tipping Point Community, supporting a portfolio of 20 nonprofit grantees to enhance their organizational development. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Summit Public Schools, where responsibilities included directing growth strategies and optimizing recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as overseeing growth for a network of charter schools. Leslie Eme also contributed significantly to Amigos de las Americas as Managing Director of Programs, managing programs for youth and forging partnerships to expand the organization's impact. Early career roles included serving as International Sales Manager at Pacari Chocolate and leading service-learning projects in Central America with Amigos de las Americas. Leslie Eme holds a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on Community Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and furthered studies in International Development and Microfinance in Ecuador at the University of Minnesota.
