Edgar Beltrán possesses a robust background in information technology and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead at TIPIEL since August 2005, with prior experience as an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist. Additional expertise includes work as an Infrastructure Engineer at Technip from March 2012 to May 2014. Edgar Beltrán holds dual master's degrees in Business Information Technology and Information Security, obtained from Universidad de Los Andes between 2017 and 2021, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
